The iPhone 14 lineup is expected to launch with a 6GB RAM boost

According to TrendForce, the iPhone 14 Pro models will be updated to LPDDR5, a quicker and more power efficient kind of RAM, while the normal iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Max models will likely remain on LPDDR4X. TrendForce also claims that iPhone 14 Pro models will come with 256GB of storage, compared to 128GB for iPhone 13 Pro models, although the graphic states that the storage capacities are "TBD," making this information less definite.

An enhanced 48-megapixel back camera lens and an A16 processor are believed to be restricted to iPhone 14 Pro versions, as previously predicted. The A15 processor is likely to be used in the regular iPhone 14 models.

No iPhone 14 small is coming this year, as has been commonly speculated. Apple will instead release 6.1-inch iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Pro versions, as well as 6.7-inch iPhone 14 Max and iPhone 14 Pro Max variants. If there are no major supply chain issues, the devices will most likely be unveiled during Apple's September event.
